SmoothWall approached First Impression to help improve the effectiveness of our regular email newsletters which we send to both channel partners and directly to up to 18,000 end user customers on a monthly basis.

Our Solution

"First Impression designed an HTML template for us that used embedded elements of our corporate branding to give it a much more professional and appealing look and feel. The email was also designed to allow tracking each time it was opened, forwarded or a link for further information clicked. A week after sending out the first campaign we have been more than surprised to see a 5 fold increase in responses, and already have a number of customers either in the process of purchasing or evaluating our latest software.
